If you’ve just purchased a new business, you already know what you’re getting into with respect to its financial status. But what you might not really know yet is what’s “under the hood” with respect to people and process issues.

A business tune-up will dive deeper into the inner workings of your newly acquired business, surfacing the people and process issues that need to be solved and implementing the best solutions. The outcome? Your business will run like a well-oiled machine, so you can stop babysitting it and put that time and energy into finding your next great acquisition.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Business Owner Coaching

It’s lonely at the top; every business owner needs a thought partner to help them see their business clearly – and to help them see when they’re getting in their own way.

Coaching will focus on addressing the most impactful issues for reaching your goals for yourself and your business.

COO/Second-in-Command Coaching

Your second in command is the key to activating and leveraging your leadership team to the fullest. Leveling up your second in command through coaching is the single biggest thing you can do to transform your business from the inside out.

One-on-one Coaching fees:

  • 1 hour per month: $600/month

  • 1 hour twice per month: $1,000/month

  • 1 hour each week: $2,000/month

Meeting Facilitation & Coaching

Weekly meetings are like a keyhole into the business – while seemingly tiny, they provide a crystal-clear view of its inner workings. This means problems get solved directly at the root – so your company can move on to bigger, better things.

Whether you already use a meeting format (such as the L-10 from EOS®) or you are starting from scratch, I can help you level up your meetings to propel your business forward.

  • $500/hour

  • $3,000/month for weekly 90 min meeting

Quarterly & Annual Planning Workshop

Start off the new quarter (or year) on the right foot with the right strategy AND the right plan to execute on it all quarter long. This 1 or 2 day workshop (on site or remote) leverages the EOS® quarterly planning agenda to tackle key issues and deliver a concrete plan of action for the quarter:

  1. Review the past quarter

  2. Review your “big picture” (vision, mission, values, target market, market differentiators, 10 year goal, 3 year goal, 1 year goal, long term issues)

  3. Establish next quarter’s goals (Rocks)

  4. Tackle key issues

  5. Determine next steps

  • 1 day workshop: $4,500*

  • 2 day workshop: $7,000*

EOS®Jumpstart Coaching

Are you excited about integrating the EOS® framework into your business - but feeling overwhelmed by the myriad steps you must take before the next session with your certified EOS Implementer®?

I can help. As a long-time business coach for companies that use EOS®, I know where all the implementation pitfalls are - and how to avoid them. I can guide you through the process week-to-week so you can stay on track with your implementer-assigned objectives and show up to your next quarterly session ready to hit the ground running.

  • $7,500 total for 3 months of coaching ($2,500/month)

Vision, Mission, & Values Workshop

When your company is missing the “big picture”, it’s hard to get aligned - and without alignment, you’re wasting energy getting pulled in different directions.

This 1 day workshop (on site or remote) guides your business to define and refine its vision, mission, and values – then create a plan to get the whole company aligned around them.
