My background & approach

I see the big picture and align day-to-day operations with it. Whether it’s people, processes, strategy, or execution, I ensure all moving parts work in harmony to drive results. I draw on my diverse career spanning industries such as consulting, legal, professional services, education, and IT, and on my experience at companies of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500.

Since my introduction to EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) in 2017, I have been dedicated to helping businesses succeed through its principles. Starting in 2018, I began leading weekly Level 10 Meetings® and facilitating annual and quarterly planning sessions for companies using EOS®. In 2020, I expanded my expertise by becoming a fractional Integrator/COO, and in 2024, I earned my certification as a Catipult.ai® business coach. This equipped me with a complementary approach to EOS®, particularly in the areas of metrics/KPIs and rapid system implementation.

While I’m not a purist of any one system, I firmly believe that structured business systems (like EOS®) provide the essential tools small businesses need to thrive. I encourage businesses to leverage these systems and work with certified implementers for exponential results. By collaborating with implementers, I can drive extraordinary outcomes for clients through a layered, synergistic approach.

As a seasoned business consultant, I’ve been inside organizations both large and small, observing what works—and what doesn’t. I excel at quickly identifying patterns and getting to the heart of issues. My strength is in connecting the dots between high-level strategy and ground-level execution. By bridging these elements, I ensure businesses run smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. My approach is values-driven, building trust and alignment within teams, and I specialize in guiding difficult conversations that lead to meaningful change.

One of my core roles is coaching business owners. Every leader eventually discovers that what got them here won’t get them there. I help them understand how their natural wiring is impacting their goals—either driving success or holding them back. Coaching with me is about empowering leaders to fully leverage their strengths. For instance, I help visionary leaders harness their creativity in ways that spur innovation, while also introducing systems that maintain business stability. My goal is to help business owners thrive in their zone of genius without getting in their own way, providing the guidance, structure, and insight to unlock their full potential.
